Navigating your supervised fieldwork? Let’s talk about it. The Fieldwork Survival Hour is a recurring mentorship touchpoint designed specifically to support student analysts and trainees. This space centers community learning, peer support, and access to experienced BCBAs in a format that is structured yet welcoming.

Join us for an initiative that moves beyond static toolkits to provide real-time guidance, normalization, and problem-solving for the lived realities of fieldwork. This event will affirm your journey, reduce isolation, and connect you to a culturally affirming community through BABA.

What to Expect:

  • Focused Topic Discussion (45 min): Guided talk led by a BCBA facilitator on essential topics like navigating supervision relationships, tracking hours, or managing imposter syndrome.
  • Open Floor Community Sharing (30 min): A supportive space to share current challenges, ask real-time questions, and problem-solve with peers and experienced BCBAs.
  • Professional Guidance: Intro to BABA’s mentorship, ethical development tips, and supervision advice.

This event is for:

  • Student analysts (undergrad or grad)
  • BCaBA trainees
  • RBTs & early-career professionals in supervision
  • Anyone navigating the path to certification Come for the guidance. Stay for the community. Leave with the tools to survive and thrive.
