Navigating your supervised fieldwork? Let’s talk about it. The Fieldwork Survival Hour is a recurring mentorship touchpoint designed specifically to support student analysts and trainees. This space centers community learning, peer support, and access to experienced BCBAs in a format that is structured yet welcoming.
Join us for an initiative that moves beyond static toolkits to provide real-time guidance, normalization, and problem-solving for the lived realities of fieldwork. This event will affirm your journey, reduce isolation, and connect you to a culturally affirming community through BABA.
What to Expect:
Focused Topic Discussion (45 min): Guided talk led by a BCBA facilitator on essential topics like navigating supervision relationships, tracking hours, or managing imposter syndrome.
Open Floor Community Sharing (30 min): A supportive space to share current challenges, ask real-time questions, and problem-solve with peers and experienced BCBAs.
Professional Guidance: Intro to BABA’s mentorship, ethical development tips, and supervision advice.
