Requirements

  • Identifies as Black/African American
  • Certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D/BCaBA, or equivalent (2 years or more)
  • Works in ABA at least 50% (if holding multiple jobs).

Requirements

  • Identifies as Black/African American
  • Newly Certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D, BCaBA, or equivalent (up to 2 years; not yet re-certified)
  • Works in ABA at least 50% (if holding multiple jobs).

  • Consultant (QBHP), Certified as an RBT, or Not licensed but working in the ABA field
