Vector files have an extension ending in .eps or .svg. I understand that failure to provide a logo in this requested format may result in my organization’s logo not printing at a high resolution. I acknowledge that as a sponsor for BABACON25, if I have an ad included in my package, the ad must be received no later than July 15, 2025 to be included in the ad book. The ad must be sent in PDF format and must be at the following dimensions: Full page - 7.5in x 10in Half page - 7.5in x 4.75in (only accepted in horizontal half page format) Quarter page - 3.5in x 4.75in Business Card size - 3.5in x 2in If I fail to submit an ad it does not constitute grounds for a refund and I will still receive other items listed within my sponsorship package.
