CHOOSE ROOM TYPE:

 • Kids from 0 to 23 months old are free of charge, when they are accompanied in the same room by one or more adults • Kids between 2-12 y/o must share a room with two (02) adults in order to get the kid rate • For 01 adult sharing with 01 child, the double occupancy rate will apply (as in 02 adults) • 13 y/o and up are considered as an Adult • Each room must be occupied by at least one Adult over 18 years old • max occupancy for rooms are 4 persons and 1 toddler under 2, with a max of 3 adults per room.

Example: 1 Adult with 3 kids: 1 kid under 2 (free), 1 kid between 2-12 (child rate), and 1 kid 13 (considered adult) = Double Occupancy room with 1 child rate

Example: 2 Adults with 3 kids: 1 kid under 2 (free), 2 kids between 2-12 (child rate) = Double Occupancy Room with 2 child rate

Example: 2 Adults with 1 kid over 13 = Triple Occupancy Room

Example: 2 Adults with 1 kid 2-12 = Double Occupancy Room + child rate

Example: 1 Adult with 1 kid 2-12 = Double Occupancy Room

KIDS BETWEEN 2-12 YEARS OLD

$69/kid/night • The Hotel does offer a "Baby Club", a "Mini Club" and a "B&W Junior Club" (hotel site >)

PAYMENT

Cancellation Policy

Please review our Conference Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellation fees associated with conferences scheduled by Black Applied

Behavior Analysis Association, Inc. Acceptance of this policy is acknowledged at the time of purchase.

1. Cancellations Up to 180 Days Prior to the First Day of the Conference.

A cancellation fee of 20% of the hotel cost will be applied.

2. Cancellations Between 179 and 90 Days Prior to Arrival Date.

A cancellation fee of 40% of the hotel cost will be applied.

3. Cancellations From 89 to 31 Days Prior to Arrival Date.

A cancellation fee of 60% of the hotel cost will be applied.

4. Cancellations Within 30 Days Before Arrival Date.

No cancellations or reductions are permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. Hotel fees are considered final and non-refundable.

5. General Provisions:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

The cancellation fees outlined in this policy are intended to serve as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

Accordingly, the cancellation fees are intended to compensate the venue for losses sustained due to cancellations and not to punish the canceling party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
