Are you a Black-owned ABA organization committed to making an impact at this year’s conference? We’ve intentionally curated sponsorship packages to support and uplift Black owners and their teams.

This registration option is open for Black owned businesses. BABA celebrates owners who are trailblazing in the field of ABA within their communities. Upload a picture of the organization owner(s) so that we can acknowledge your support of BABACon25. Acknowledgements

As a sponsor for the BABACON25, I am responsible for submitting a vector formatted logo to Conference@babainfo.org by July 15, 2025. Vector files have an extension ending in .eps or .svg. I understand that failure to provide a logo in this requested format may result in my organization’s logo not printing at a high resolution.

I acknowledge that as a sponsor for BABACON25, if I have an ad included in my package, the ad must be received no later than July 15, 2025 to be included in the ad book. The ad must be sent in PDF format and must be at the following dimensions:

Full page - 7.5in x 10in
Half page - 7.5in x 4.75in (only accepted in horizontal half page format)
Quarter page - 3.5in x 4.75in
Business Card size - 3.5in x 2in

If I fail to submit an ad it does not constitute grounds for a refund and I will still receive other items listed within my sponsorship package. It is my responsibility to submit the ad timely to Conference@babinfo.org

I acknowledge that I will receive communication from BABA related to shipping items for my vendor table or to place in the swag bag. I understand that if items are not shipped according to instructions (incorrect address, arrive prior to acceptance date, etc) that BABA is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
